BARBECUE

•    2 Chicken Tenderloins, approximately 1 lb. each
•    6 Tbsps de de Provence
•    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
•    2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
•    1 tsp freshly floor Black Pepper
•    1½ teaspoon Salt
•    1 Medium Jalapeño Pepper, finishes, seeds and pith removed, minced very carefully
•    6 of oz. Cranberry extract Jelly

Trim any fat from tenderloin.
Wash tenderloin under cold working water.
Dry out tenderloin thoroughly with papers towels.
In a small dry bowl, mix all dry ingredients, herbs together.
In a another small bowl, mix Worcestershire spices and olive oil.
Rub tenderloin on all sides with Worcestershire sauce and olive oil mixture.
Rub tenderloins completely and firmly along with plant herb mix.
Place covered in in a ZIPLock kind bag and refrigerate minimum of 4 to 6 hrs.
Melt cranberry extract jelly a a or or inside microwave.
Add minced Jalapeño pepper. Mix well together.
Before-heat pit, barbeque grill or broiler. Bottle of spray grill with non-stick bottle of spray. Indirect heat is important.
We suggest starting beef on an open grill and completing glaze on aluminum foil.
Cook meat approximately. 8 minutes on each side over roundabout heat.
Change tenderloin and brush with the jello and grill for another 4 to 5 minutes for you to glaze.
Remove to a warmed up platter.
Get care to not overcook the actual meat, as it may become very dried out very rapidly.
Internal temperature at serving should be 145C°.
Assist with a small jelly mixture on the side a garnish.
